    • تاسيس خاصى که به موجب ان عده اى مشترکا پول قرض مى دهند با اين شرط که بهره ان مرتبا و با اقساط معين بين ان ها تقسيم شود و با مرگ هر يک از ايشان سهم ديگران از بهره بيشتر شود تا انجا که اخرين فرد زنده کل بهره را دريافت کند
